What's New! Our ELISA kit has under gone several enhancements to improve reliability and ease of use.
Well plates are shipped pre-coated with antigen and are ready to use. It is no longer necessary to prepare and incubate them overnight.
We are now using a premixed substrate solution that requires no additional teacher prep prior to use. In addition the new substrate turns darker faster than the original product.
- note - The new substrate solution is provided in a smaller volume than before so it is necessary to more carefully monitor how much is used in each test. The kit now includes a disposable micropipet that can be used to more accurately dispense small volumes of substrate solution.
Additional Product Information: EDB-301 package insert. This kit contains materials required to perform a real ELISA. The actual test is for Bovine Serum Albumin (not HIV!) but all reagents and procedures are 100% authentic. Material sufficient to perform 12 tests (each including positive and negative controls and 2 unknowns) are provided.
